Contest Entry Details:

• Open to Everyone!

•  FREE entry for registered Big Blue BBQ competition teams 

• $25 entry fee for non-registered teams or BBQ fans (Venmo or 

• Each team must submit 1 quart of sauce 

• Pre-registration is required before 9am Saturday the 7th

• Sauce should be delivered to 7th & Broadway under the Big White Tent by 10am Saturday or dropped by the onemarysville office at 617 broadway before BBQ Weekend

Tasting 👅 Judging: 

• Pulled pork and a slice of bread will be provided to all tasters for dipping and palate cleansing. 

• Each ticket holder will taste 8 different sauces. 

• Judging is People’s Choice, scored on a point scale (flavor, originality, and overall appeal). 

• Tasting runs from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Last tasters must check in by 2:30 PM) 

 

 

WINNINGS

• Winners will be announced at the Big Blue BBQ Awards located at the Helvering Center at 4pm. 

• Prizes for Top 5 Sauces: 

🥇 1st Place: $300 

🥈 2nd Place: $200 

🥉 3rd Place: $100 

🎖 4th Place: $50 

🎖 5th Place: $25
